NOV 2011 UPDATE: Australia Post have lost around $1000 worth of Monster Baby goods this year (during the floods in Jan & the Qantas air-strike fiasco in October). Australia Post have indicated that they WILL NOT pay compensation (and a maximum of $50) for goods posted in Australia, that are not registered. We have had to replace these goods for our customers, at our cost. We will be taking our case to the PIO (postal ombudsman) in the hope of winning back some compensation.

We can now only offer REGISTERED POST for shipping any and all items. You may choose express post but if your goods are lost or don't arrive we cannot replace, refund or credit. Australia Post will not replace the cost of the goods you have lost, they will only pay the cost of the express post charge. We apologise for passing these costs on to you as we feel they are excessive. But it is the only way to avoid the dissapointment of your goods never arriving, and you being out of pocket.

Once your order has been dispatched please allow 5 to 7 days for Australian delivery. We post goods every Monday, Wednesday & Friday, using regular Australia Post, (but in 99% of cases we usually ship every business day.) We charge you for the minimal postage available to anywhere in Australia. We are sick of plastic, but unfortuantely we do use pre-paid satchels. (Australia Post closed down the local Post Office and we now have to drive to the post office - so we walk to the local mailbox instead) Where we can we ship in recycled cardboard satchels, without extra paper, invoices and crap you don't need. If you need an invoice we can email you one or send one with your goods - just let us know. If you wish us to gift wrap and post we will do that too! (Occaisonally to get goods into the days postage we may chuck it in a satchel, but we try to be as environmentally freindly as possible - even though the post office sell me plastic for cheaper!! Yep it costs us more money to ship in recycled cardboard - crazy huh?)

Registered Post is offered and we highly recommend you insure your items ($2.95AUD) as we cannot be responsible for items that go AWOL. We also offer express post for $9.20 for Australian buyers, which in most cases mean delivery within 24 hours. We use Australia Post and have found it the most reliable, best and cheapest form of delivery for my customers. For our International buyers we send your goods in a Registered padded bag using International Registered Post.

Monster Enterprises Pty Ltd trading as Monster baby accepts no responsibility for delays in delivery following dispatch which are due to a country's customs (export/import) clearance requirements.


Delivery is performed within the deadlines provided for direct delivery to the addressee or, if the addressee is absent, by a notice informing him/her of the availability of the parcel.


Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. Monster Baby is not responsible for delivery delays following dispatch of your order. No damages or compensation will be due in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded. However, if the product has not been delivered 10 days after the delivery date indicated and this is due for any reason other than force the sale may then be cancelled and the buyer may be refunded the price paid to the exclusion of any other damages or compensation.

Delivery Charges for Orders within Australia & Overseas

If you do not take up optional insurance we cannot be responsible for missing postal items (and yes sometimes it does happen!). We strongly suggest you add insurance. It's only $3.05 and ensures your article's dont go AWOL

Returns & Exchange Procedures

If you are in any way dissatisfied with any item(s) that you have ordered and provided that the goods you ordered are returned to us in good and unused condition within 28 days we will immediately refund the purchase price of the item(s) using the same method as your original payment or exchange. Any delivery charges incurred are non-refundable.


Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer. As we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, all returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent when returning an item or items to us.

Claims concerning the product delivered must be submitted no later than 28 days following delivery of the product.

Faulty Goods

If, when your order arrives, it has been damaged in transit or it appears faulty, please return the item(s) to us and we will, subject to availability, replace the item(s) immediately upon receipt. If stock is unavailable we will refund the full purchase price.

Complaints & Comments / Claims & Disputes

Claims
concerning the product delivered must be submitted in writing no later than 28 days following delivery of the product.

Claims or disputes will
always be examined with the greatest care. It is expected that the customer is acting in good faith when making any complaint(s). The customer should first contact the company to seek a solution.
